THE CHALLENGE FOR THIS WEEK.

Oolala!  A recipe...  Hmmm had to think about that one.   I'm not the greatest with recipes of ANY kind! So this was the greatest challenge "for me!"  And that is what I needed today, to be distracted and put on my thinking cap.  Sometimes that is a really good thing.  So here we go.  A bit crazy, I know!   That is why you get one pic, not a bazillion. LOL
