FOREVER FRIENDS

Fortnightly challenge - More than one fold

Welcome to THE FOREVER FRIENDS CHALLENGE BLOG FORTNIGHT CHALLENGE.  This week, the challenge is:

More than one fold.

For this challenge, you can make any type of presentation, as long as it includes more than one fold.

To be eligible, you must use an animal on your card.

To be eligible for the FOREVER FRIENDS FAVORITE you must still use an animal and ANY forever friends product.

The FOREVER FRIENDS FAVORITE will be the

NEXT GUEST DESIGNER!

We are kindly sponsored by Di's Digi Downloads and the winner will win some gorgeous images from there.

This was another challenge, as a Designer, I really enjoyed.  I hope you do too!

Though it doesn't look like it YET, this is my more than one fold card.....

I cut strips of dollar store blue paper in ripples and sponges with SU Taken with Teal Ink.  The Paper Pack is SU.  I cut a strip for the grass and used shaped scissors to cut the grass.  The acrylic flowers are from the $ store, as are the brads.  The boat and teddy are from the CD ROM FOREVER FRIENDS.

The clouds are hand cut and I used the backing from rubber stamps as pop up tape.

Here you can see the "bubbles" on the left on the green paper strip.  I used the Creative Memories bubble punch.  On the Light Blue, I used the Martha punch for the trim and a Flourish Bigz Die for the Flourish Under the sailboat and on the top of the card.  Under the sailboat is a SU scallop punch and a 1" circle punch.  The ducks are mounted on a Creative Memories 1/2" punch.

The gold dots are from the liquid pearls.  These type you have to tap the bottom of the paper to not get an ice cream top on them.  Taylored Expressions now sells ALL colors (MANY) where you no longer have to tap the bottom of the paper.  The sail boat was a gift set of stamps from a Designer at FOREVER FRIENDS - Linda.

This cutie pie is from the set of stamps from Linda, as is the banner and the sentiment.  All are colored with my beloved copics.  The ribbon is from SU and the tag from Staples.

This is my MORE THAN ONE FOLD.  It is a BOX CARD.  I took this picture angle to give you an idea how to make it.  They are easy shmeasy!  Most people use one box, I use two.  I find it is more stable.
