LITTLE MISS MUFFET CHALLENGES....

Has the most adventurous stamps!  I first was turned on to Little Miss Muffet stamps (digi for me) a few months ago when I saw this Zena Girl holding onto a rope swinging through mid-air!

Then I saw this Warrior Woman on the ground in Khaki's looking through binocs scoping down something or someone.

As I looked through their stamps I became more and more impressed with both the variety and the adventure of them.  I think you too will love them.  This is a new one that has just come out....FREEBIE ALERT - FREEBIE ALERT.  Her name is Saffron.  Now, you will see, I couldn't help but make "her" a bit of an adventuresome gal too!

I hope you enjoy my card and do pop over to Little Miss Muffett and take a peek at their stamps and a Challenge or two!!

It was cool when I just started folding paper - not knowing where I was going to end up.  Before I knew it I had a "tent" of a sort, that collapsed down into a card, but stood up, opened, became tent like or if I raised up the "wings" looked rather like one of those "airplanes" I used to make and fly across the room in grade school.

I knew I wanted Saffron to be on an adventure, so I had the idea of a "fish hut" given that is the sport in the area that I live in - the country and on the lake.  The people are beginning to measure the ice now to get the just right amount of inches of ice to put out their huts and drive their cars, sno machines etc. and "live", so to speak, on the ice for the winter.

Saffron seemed perfect to give ice fishing a go, but decided that "Ice Fishing is for the....Penguins!"  (Taylored Expressions Penguin Paper.)

Here I am attempting to give you a look into the ice hut at the parental units and the baby units - which is exactly how it happens where I live...the cubs are trained very young to hunt and fish.  Canada eh!

Now the one thing about Saffron, she was an absolute delight for me - as my Copics and I have a complete "in-love" relationship!  She had so many solid and large areas where I could use my shading and layers of color.  I decided to focus a few pictures on these areas, to give you a look at the idea of the shading.  Many people use their markers many different ways - and there is NO RIGHT WAY....let me say it again....as much as you will hear it HAS to be done this way or that way - there is NO RIGHT WAY - there is only "YOUR WAY!"  You use your copics, pro-markers, whatever you use in the way that works for you...it is YOUR ART and above all else, YOUR JOY!  (Saffron told me all this to tell you!!!!) lol

Living in a Military town, I HAD to give Saffron the Zena tough and tumbler look on the footsies.  She can be girli girl everywhere else, but man, when you get on this ice, you better be wearing something that will stop you from slipping and sliding like the penguins do!  And Saffron - see how smart she is?  She wore her Military boots - so of course, they have to be Khaki - with lots of shading to bring out the toe and top/toe as the lightest part.  I also wanted to show how any Digi person can be made to walk!

And this cube, well this cube is here, simply because "I can!" (Saffron told me that too!) lol

Have fun folks.  Little Miss Muffet Challenges won't disappoint!
